Assembling DB37

Post by ice_d_mugg »

How are wires inserted into the DB37?

Looking into it, it seems as though there is a ring or sleeve on the wire itself. How do the wires not slip back out?

This is my first experience with this type of connector, and this 12ft MS pigtail is my only chance to get it right, no room for breaking it.

Thanks!

There are several types of DB37 out there. Some have the wires soldered to the connector, others use wires on crimp on pins retained by a spring mechanism.
