Temp limits of the ford VR sensor?

Only indirectly.
On a midengine install on a Ford 350 with a very hot engine bay ( GT 40 replica) we measured
+130 Centigrade just below the electric water pump whith the FORD EDIS VR sensor sitting 50 mm below,
on the right side of the engine front
No ill effects , and car runs a couple of 1000 km every summer.

Hmm... when I have my sensor mounted near my oil cooler, so I guess that's still going to be cooler air than your temps, so I guess I should be good.
