Injectors staying open

Injectors staying open
i would really apreciate some advice and troubleshooting steps from someone a little more familiar with megasquirt. than

Don't know if you've resolved the problem yet, but this info may be of use:
Are the injectors staying open when the engine is OFF? The MegaManual says this is a normal characteristic, in that the injector driver transistors are in a "undertermined" state at power off. This is why you wire the +12v feed to the injectors to a "live only while running" circuit. Most people use a "main relay" which is triggered from the "run" position of the key switch and supplies power for both the injectors and the MegaSquirt ECU.
If they are staying open while the engine is running (not sure how the engine could even run if the injectors are pouring fuel in at 100% duty cycle) then yes, there's probably a bad circuit in the MegaSquirt or something has been mis-wired. Not to mention you'll probably burn out the coils in your injectors in short order.
