The MegaSquirt Project has experienced explosive growth other the years, with hundreds of new MS installations occurring every week - a phenomenal success! MegaSquirt has been successfully used in all aspects of Internal Combustion engine applications including R&D, Industry, Race, and Research. The MS project has transformed itself from a simple R&D project into a full-featured mature engine control system. To reflect this the support structure has also changed to meet the needs of MegaSquirt Users.
Moving forward, the R&D forums for MegaSquirt project are in a read-only mode - no new forum posts are accepted.
However the forums will remain available for view, they still contain a wealth of information on how MegaSquirt works, how it is installed and used. Feel free to search the forums for information, facts, and overview. While the R&D forum traffic has slowed in recent years, this is not at all a reflection of Megasquirt users, which continue to grow year after year. What has changed is that the method of MegaSquirt support today has rapidly moved to Facebook, this is where the vast majority of interaction is happening now. For those not on Facebook the msextra forums is another place for product support. Finally, for product selection assistance, all of the MegaSquirt vendors are there to help you select a system, along with all of the required pieces to make it complete.

Forum rules Read the manual to see if your question is answered there before posting. Many users will not reply if the answer is already available in the manual.
If your question is about troubleshooting, configuration, or tuning, you MUST include your processor type (MS-I or MS-II) and code version in your post. If your question is about PCB assembly or modifications, you must also include the main board version number (1.01, 2.2 or 3.0).
I have MS2 on V3 board running 2.89 code. I am using a 14.7 NAW WBO2 that was working perfectly fine with megasquirt for a while. After my car stalled and I tried to start but the battery was too low it stopped updating the O2 value. I have re-flashed the ECU with 2.89, I have tried tunerstudio and Megatune. I know that the NAW is working properly because it goes though a warmup and it gives 1.2 volts, then 3.35 volts, then 5 volts. Using the key to turn on the electronics Megasquirt only displays the 1.2V data and will not update. If I unplug the DB27 and plug it back in megatune will freeze at the value that was displayed at the exact moment megasquirt came online again. This is rather frustrating as my fuel pump control line has gone dead as well in a similar situation before this.
Thank you in advance, this is a real hair puller for me.
Yes, I did recalibrate the O2 sensor table. I have a sinking suspicion that my MS2 module is going south as I flashed it to 2.88 and then back to 2.89 and it started doing that with all the sensors. Powercycling and flashing again I was able to get it back to normal besides the O2. Are there any tests that I can run to make sure the module is OK, or any way to re-write the base firmware and not just the flash?
Yes, this is with the car not running. I have not tested it with the car running. Every other gauge is updating, so the O2 is the only one that does not update at 0 rpm?
Thank you very much. My O2 wire snapped and the update only on ign event confused my testing. I can confirm that it works fine when the motor is running. Now if only I could figure out why my fuel pump output stopped working. Know anywhere where I can find a V3 schematic?
There are links all over these forums to the manual. The table of contents is is here: http://www.megamanual.com/mtabcon.htm , you will find a link to the V3 schematics listed there.
