I just posted the first cut on a Multi-Lingual TunerStudio. It is still a little rough on a few points, but I will be scarce this week and there is enough there that it is too cool to not let the people looking for other languages have a peek.
This is currently Translating:
- Most static text & Strings from ini files, which covers most of the app.
It is not translating:
- Dynamically generated text as in Error message and configuration prompts.
- Help Files
Known Issues:
- Double byte languages will not work on computers that don't support them such as US XP machines. Windows 7, Linux or OS X should work. I will filter the language list to supported languages
- If you do dashboard editing and switch languages, you can end up with multiple languages on your dash.
- The Translations are only as good as the translation engine could do. I certainly can not proof read them

Some of the next steps are building a mechanism in for users to edit and submit the updated / corrected translation. I'm sure that can improve the translations a lot, but this will be a start.
