is the DIYBOB plug and play after wiring up my ms2 PCB v3.57 (SMT) MOD_2357-5VIG NOD_x357-INV5? I orderd it aembeld for my 89 chevy k5 blazer 5.7l tbi I would like to hockup to factory harnes. i know i will have a few extra from the ms2 IAT,WBo2 and fan. but is the rest just soldering wires and factory delphi plug no relays or resistors needed?

More or less. You would want a relay in between to invert the MegaSquirt's relay output so that it supplies 12 volts to the GM relay instead of ground.
