The actual manufacturing of the PCB, as well as the SMD assembly on things like the V3.57 and daughter cards, is all done in the USA.

The various third party add-on boards out there come from all over. Some are made in the same factory that builds MegaSquirt PCBs, some are made in Canada or the UK, I'm sure a couple have been imported from China. Currently, all of DIYAutoTune.com's in house PCB designs are made in the USA.
