INJECTOR NOT FIRING

I have megasquirt II V3.0 and the injectors don't light on the stim but the led light on megasquirt. If i check the pin#21 on the CPU, it flash but i got nothing on he pin#22. What could be wrong???

First thing to do is check for settings problems. Can you post your MSQ?

That should have the same behavior on both channels. Have you tried injector test mode?

Yes Matt i just did but same thing. Flash on pin#21 but nothing on pin #22

What do you get on the outputs of U4 (pin 5 & 7) ? If nothing, check there is 12 volts between pins 3 & 6.

12V on pin 3 and 6 pin 3 is the neg.
pin #5 0.85V
pin #7 0.28V

Have you looked at the V3 troubleshooting section in the manual? If pulses are present at the inputs to U4, but not the outputs and it has power, first double check it is the right way round. Also check D17 and D18 and Q14 and Q15 are also installed correctly - something wrong there might short the outputs from U4.

Is this a ready made or DIY assembled unit?

What i don't understand is that the signal come from the CPU. It flash on pin #21 but not on pin #22. U4 flash on pin #2 but not on pin #4. What can happen for the pin #22 to not sending a signal????
