Another newby, tearing out his hair.
I am working on a MegaSquirt 11 v3 Kit, to run a BMC 1800 engine. I have a Ford EDIS 4 system all set up, & running the Engine--the JimStim is built up-- I am up to down loading TunerStudio to check the next construction stage.
The under hood gear is all built--the induction assembly--relays & fuses--sensors and the wireing harness is complete up to the DB37.
We use an Apple Computer--seems that it is incompatable with the MegaSquirt XP system.
So a friend has come to my rescue with an XP lap top.
It would great to communicate with someone who is up to speed with MegaSquirt 11 kit building. Unfortunately I find inderstanding some of the construction details as worded, confusing.
I do not want to worry "Matt", over my minor items, would perhaps be an impost, on his valuable time.
Is there someone out there, doing a 11 v3 system on a BMC engine, who might even be in Australia--who would be prepared to yarn with me?
I build Radio circuits o.k., Fitting and machining is easy.

Another resource you might wish to look into is the MS Users Group in AUS. They are somewhat sporadically active at MSGroups.com

No problems asking basic questions about assembly - every one has to start sometime.
One mistake I made early on was to look at both the B&G and Extra instructions. The answer is to decide which you're going to use and ignore the other.
