IAC Warm Idle Control?

Post by chevelle »

Forgive me if this has already been addressed but I searched all over for an answer, couldn't find a direct one in the forum and the manual doesn't specify. On an MS2 Does the IAC control idle to get the engine back up to idle speed under load such as when an A/C compressor is turned on or clutch is released at idle? Is there a provision in the program for hooking a toggle switch to the ECU to kick idle speed up via the IAC on demand?

These are not in the MS2 B&G code. The MS2/Extra code does incorporate these features, but has a separate forum and parallel documentation at MSExtra.com.
