Ford crank pulley & Sensor question - how to remove
Also does anyone know what size the crank pulley nut is? I've got about 30 cars in junkyards all within 20 minutes of my house and I've been trying for weeks to dissasemble one - then it got crushed.
I need an easy trick to remove the Crank pulley and wheel sensor.
Thanks for any tips,
TJW

Re: Ford crank pulley & Sensor question - how to remove
Me personally, I remove #1 plug , drop a few rocks thru the hole use my trusty 19mm 1/2 socket , the pickup i believe is held on by 8mm bolts, winstontj wrote:Does anyone have any tips on how I could easily remove a 1.9L Ford EDIS 36-1 wheel and sensor in the junkyard? The front of the block is so close to the passenger side frame rail and inner fender that you can barely get a hand in there. My 1/4" ratchet with the proper T-27 (could be T-26) torx bit won't clear. So I can't get the sensor or the crank pulley off.
