EDIS4 setting in Megatune

Post by pit_celica »

Hi, I see in megatune that i need to set some settings for EDIS4 :

Trigger offset = 0°
Ignition Input Capture to 'Falling Edge'
Cranking Trigger to 'Calculated'
Coil Charging Scheme to 'EDIS',
Spark Output to 'Going High (Inverted)'
Set the predictor algorithm option to 'last interval'

I set thoses.

Do I need to set something else in the ignition setting?

Other question : When the middle LED on MSII is lighten up, what does it mean?

Here's a shot of my setting page.

I'm using a MSII with V3.0 board.

I attached my .msq file to.

Thanks

yeah, I know this, but I want to know what values do I need to use in :
Next pulse tolerance : Cranking %, After start %, normal running %, predictor gain %, maximum spark duration? Do I need to set them to zero???

Thanks

i did a timing light test and I'm at 0° while cranking. I put 10° in trigger offset, but nothing changed. I look at my saw signal, and I have only a constant 35-40 milivolt while cranking??? I don't understand whats going on. If you know what can be my problem, plz post an answer.

Thanks

Sam
