Noisy Injectors

I am running 24lb high imped injectors on my Engine. Everything runs perfectly, but the injectors are quite noisy (loud clicking).
Could this be a symptom of injector settings being inncorrect?
Inj Open Time = 1.0
Voltage corr = 0.20
PWM Current Limit = 100%
PWM Threshold = 25.4

How noisy do you mean? If they're in a throttle-body, you'll almost certainly hear some clicking... I've got TBI with low-impedance injectors running at 65% PWM (v2.2 PCB with no flyback board), and I hear clicking when the engine's running... Been running them that way for about 18 months with no problems...

Are you absolutely certain you're running high-impedance injectors? Do they get hot (too hot to touch, not just warm to the touch)? And why do you have the flyback board on there if you're running high-impedance injectors? (I don't think it makes a difference, but I'm not sure... I do know you don't need the flyback board if you're running high-impedance injectors...)

I checked them with an Ohm Meter, they are high imped. My MS has the flyback board because the guy I bought it from was using low imped injectors. By loud, I mean quite loud clicking at idle. Louder than I've heard from a similar car with stock setup.
I just wanted to make sure I wasnt hurting the injectors.

It can also be related to the squirts per cycle settings and you have more injectors operating at the same time than a stock setup. I can hear an obvious difference if I switch from, say, 2 squirts alternating (half firing at a time) to 2 simultaneous. Even more noise if the stock setup was sequential.

That's something I didnt think of. I'm hearing 4 injectors firing at once, making it 4 time louder. Thanks
