Without any doubt! With a single injector you will have none of the issues associated with using resistors in series with LoZ injectors.

You opening time will increase of course but again having a single injector it will be a non issue.

The higher the resistor you use the lower the heat dissipation in the injector will be (good for longevity), so, I would lean towards higher values of resistors. Just make sure you use a resistor of sufficient wattage otherwise the resistor could get fried as it too will get hot! A 15W - 20W resistor should be fine.

It will also take longer to open with larger resistors, but, in your case, having a single injector, it is of very little consequence how long it will take for the injector to open. However, it would be good if somehow you could determine your injector's opening time at say 12V and at say 14V so that you can program not only the opening time correctly but also the opening time as function of voltage (the latter being more important than the first for consistent AFRs at different voltages.)
Best regards
