got to step 23 of the assembly instructions where it asks to verify the supply is operational, on testing im getting + voltage on pins 1-2, 19-20 and 31-32. ive run through the instructions from the beginning up to this point several times and cant find a reason to why this is happening. any ideas what may be causing the problem?

ahhh found the problem, i didnt think the power jack was neccesary on the stimulator so left it off, just check the schematics and realised it is needed for ground. its all measuring up as it should now! i wont have damaged any other components by doing this though will I?
