so i have this on an 81 jeep with the 6 cyl and TBI. i had it running at one point and then had to replace injectors and other parts. trying to start it tonight i am blowing 5 amp fuses in the relay board. when i install a 7.5 the injector stays open all the time. even when the the ignition is off i am getting some dripping out of the injector. when i unplug the injector power wire the injector closes off and does not drip. any ideas? this is an MS1

What main board version is it - V2.2, V3.0/V3.57? If it's a V2.2, do you have a flyback board?

Yes it does have a flyback board. Didn't have one before, but Peter Florance installed one. is it possible to burn the flyback board up? I had to install a new starter solenoid and the power cable was flickering on and off due to a bad connection.

It's not impossible. Can you test the injector output circuit on a Stim? What happens then?

So i dont have a stim to test with. What i have been doing is testing the FET's on Q2 and Q7 and they are reading 1ohm resistance. I then cheked the same thing on the flyback and they are all testing at 1 ohm as well. i am going to remove the wires from inj1 and inj2 from flyback board and retest
