tach signal comes and goes

tach signal comes and goes
im running a ms2 on a chevy 4.3 v6. im running the port injectors but a tbi era dizy. the ms is configured as per diy autotunes hei mod kit. it randomly has a tach signal and then if it sits over night it wont come back unless we change the module in the dizy. i dont know if something is burning them up or what. does anyone know a way to test them other than put them in a known running car? and if it is burning them up what could couse this? also is there any suggestions on trouble shooting the tach signal? thanks for any help.

How much dwell are you running?
