Have a MSII V3.0
Lost connection between pc & MS after trying to upload data from Palm to pc.
Couldn't connect Palm to pc.
File did load from MS to Palm.

Went to Task Manager and End Process with HotSync

Yeah, that Palm software can be sneaky. It'll grab the COM port and sometimes won't let go.
