Fuel Pump wont turn on

I just installed my preassembled MS V3.57 kit for my 89 Mustang. I had the car running but it was a little rich and tried to adjust the fuel settings first. Then I got a config error using tunerstudio on the rpm gauge. I checked and double checked everything, I cant find what the heck happened and Im very frustrated. I tried using megatune but I get a code mismatch error. Car will not start, confirmed the fuel pump does not come on. I tested it on the EEC diag connector and it works fine.
