direct coil control

hello all i have changed from edis to dircct coil on my 2387 turbo vw. i seem to loosing fuel pressure during cranking. perhaps caused by poor tac signal +vr to tac on relay box _to sensor grounds with a shielded pair photos of engine on my dyno at goodvolksmichigan site under 71 super build. matt has tried to help but no luck so far thanks in advance George Kingstott in sw michigan on a clear day i can see chigago

the vr sensor makes 1.2 volts on the ac scale while cranking at 265 rpm george

Does the data log show the tach signal dropping out when cranking or does it not?

todays stuff cranking rpm on dyno 270 cranking rpm tuner studio 75 or less vr voltage at the sensor and relay box 1.2 volts blue ford wire + to tack neg wire to sensor return both on relay box AND now ive lost my noids george k
