loose ms2 daughter card
when i move (or little vibration) my megasquirt a little bit the ms2 daughter card comes loose.
cheked the daughter card, and al the pins are stil straight, and in the socket there is nothing special to see that can make a problem.
when it come a little bit loose, it gives an unstable tps signial in tunerstudio(still with stimulator)
is there a way that the daughter card cant move, exept desoldering the socet and solder the daughter card on the v3.0 pcb
or do i something wrong?
greets from belgium

Re: loose ms2 daughter card
An ms2 card becoming loose, is quite unusual, in my experience. If the pins of the card are in good condition I would suspect that the problem is, more than likely, with the socket.vino2 wrote:hello;

Is your 40 pin socket the machined pin type that normally ships with the ms kits?
Under any circumstances, I would not recommend soldering the ms2 card permanently!
In your case I would suggest that you closely check the solder joints in the existing installation of your 40 pin socket since you indicate the only the tps signal is being effected.
Hope this helps.....
