What happens if my HEI relay is hot in crank also???

Post by kccampro »

I'm in the process of converting my MSII to a 7-pin HEI and I'm following along with the HEI write-up. However, I'm having trouble finding a 12v source that's hot in run but not crank. So... now I'm wondering what will happen if I use a switched 12V source that's hot in run & crank for my HEI relay? Can Anyone confirm? Thanks for the help!

Depends on the module - some work OK and some don't.
