is there a maunal for Tunerstudio? there are way more functions than the megatune using a MS1 V2.2, why is there not a manual to figure out all the aspects of this?

You have you TunerStudio set up to use MS1Extra, so you will need to use the MS1Extra manual and should go to the msextra.com forum.

Unless your project is setup for MS1Extra by mistake?
Did you actually install MS1Extra firmware on your MegaSquirt?

If you intend to use only the MS1 B&G code, then go into TunerStudio Project Properties and change the ECU Definition file to:
megasquirt-I_B&G_2.0-3.0

Then you will have basically the same menus and dialogs as MegaTune.
