Cold start

Post by Juliemac »

I am having an on going battle to get the car to run correctly on start up.
Its a 2L16v (9A) VW. I can get it to crank and start, but runs about 19 until it reaches 70 deg. I have no ISV either.
I richen the fuel mix, but it does not seem to help much, then I lean it out thinking that the wide band is seeing far to rich and showing a lean condition.

Man... This is becoming a PITA....

Any ideas?

Jm,

It is unlikely anyone can help you if you don't post a datalog of the problem and the MSQ settings file you used in the controller while creating the datalog.
