MS2 V3.0 built problems at step55

Hi! I am totally new here.
I have problems building up my Ms2 V3.0 on step 55, where I need to check the input section. The problem is that I lost the connection to my PC. I pass the connection test at step 41. There is IGN led light up on STIM, but nothing else no weird noises nothing. I tried to use portCheck,tunerstudio port checks and even msdownloader to check port settings but every attempt goes dead end. I used the hyperterminal to check the cable and this passes the loop back test, so I assume that the cable is fine and the problem is in board. I triple check every assambly step and can't find problems there. One of problems is that my native language is not English, so maybe I just reading it wrong.
-There is some things that i find out I had installed the D1 diode, now I jupmered it.
-I had problems with assembly step 41 and I started to measure voltages and resistances and I remember measuring less than 1ohms resistance on pins from MAX323 and CPU socket pins, but now I get 1.2 ohms there. The problem were there that I didn't have code loaded into the processor, when I loaded that, everything came alive(bad reading as I said)!
Any ideas what went wrong in those 10 steps?
Maybe I burned the board somewhere? I had problems soldering U2 MAP sensor, I soldered it backwards(but didn't powered up the board). I find my mistake immediately and started to resoldering the MAP sensor and it was really painful to solder it out and put in the right orientation, so a lot of heat in that location.
I post a picture with my board. So maybe you can find mistake just looking at pictures.
