how do you build the freq to voltage converter?

i have a very good tune otherwise. so one she starts she runs like a champ. pulls hard. returns to idle. all good.

so, to me, 95 kPa on the map above is the same as vacuum advance unhooked - you need less advance at WOT, and can use more advance at high vacuum, part throttle.

i turned off ego correction and tuned so that below 50kpa im running pretty lean (15-17 on my wideband)

i want to hook up my stock tach.
wheres the output pin (on the board) because i need to build circutry to lower the signal for my VW tach. (i have the circutry diagram, it just doesnt tell me the pin i need
