Injector retention clip
Thanks

Re: Injector retention clip
Have had the same challenge.
I proceeded by capping the in and outlets with plasic snap ons( hydraulic mechs use them) and taking the injectors to a good
machine shop.
The cut two recesses in each injector to suit the clip/push on coupling. Now sits in a mildly hoy chevy SB, been running for a couple of years , no probs.

Re: Injector retention clip
This is my first experience with EFI, and I bought the injectors under the assumption that of these types of injector are interchangeable. This is not the case, but now I know what to look for. I think I will just seek out another set, which will probably be about the same hassle and expense as having the injectors machined. I would go ahead and machine them but they were not too terribly expensive and there's nothing special about them.
Thanks for the help.

So I ended up following Heribert suggestion. I thought I should post a few pics of it for the edification of any future squirters.Heribert wrote:Hi.
