Shadow dash reg

Hi
I have a shadow dash registration and have used it on a Linux notebook and a smart phone. I haven't used it for about 6 month and just got a new samsung tablet. It started up fine and gave me the 3 minute demo and all seemed ok. Then it asked for the info that came in the reg email and entered with a triple check. Comes up with invalid registration. Is there a limit in the devices? Any help would be appreciated.

All is working now. Although I triple checked the reg code I didn't check that I was entering my TS reg. sorry to take up your time.
