MS II will not calibrate AFR for WB under tools?

Post by wiseguy »

Hello,

I installed an LC-1 wideband O2 on my MS II. I changed from narrow band to LC-1 wideband in the configurator file, and the virtual dash displays correct voltage range for wideband. I have set the EGO steps, % and (simple). My problem is the last step mentioned for installation of wideband, when I choose wideband LC-1, 0-5v's (calibrating AFR under tools) It runs a bunch of numbers and goes back to the narrowband heading of the drop down menu? MS is powered up.

I had the same problem way back when. Forget what it was though.

Did you setup the settings.ini file for LC-1 wideband in mega config program?
1980 450slc converted to MegaSquirt electronic fuel injection and couldn't be happier! Using the stock dizzy and a MSD 6AL ignition along with the stock Bosch ignition box. Home built fuel rails out of aluminum fuel rail stock. Using 19lb mustang injectors I purchased off of ebay.

Which menu is this? It doesn't really "remember" the settings on the Calibrate AFR Table menu in MegaTune but they are stored in the MS.

Thanks Matt,
Like you say it doesn't remember, but everything seems to work fine.
Thanks

Yes I did,
Its like Matt said it doesn't remember it in the AFR calibration, but it retains it in MS and works fine. Thank You
