I'm willing to throw down a few bucks....whatever it takes to help keep the ball rolling. I can see how $8k could seriously slow down the R&D on new products....products we all could benifiet from.

Thanks for the offer, it is an extremely nice gesture. We are in good shape with inventory and ...

If you're using a relay board, there's a specific ground for each sensor.
All of these are essentially tied into the same ground as the MS.

If you're making your own harness, yes ideally you should ground with the MS. The shorter the ground path from sensor to MS the less likely you'll see noise ...

If they're truly peak/hold injectors, and your opening time is 1.0ms then you probably want to keep your PWM time threshold @ 1.0ms as well. This is the amount of time that MS allows whatever the injectors will draw before it's limited.

If you're having troubles with idle and your pulse width ...

If you're asking me, yes flow matched.
Not really purchased, but they were new.

I like them. Some idle issues, a little over-rich on low end, but they're firehoses......

Re: PWM Current Limit: Changing it seems to make no differe

PWM of around 30% should be fine for most low impedance injectors. Setting that to a lower number may not make your injectors open. Setting it to higher will allow your injectors to draw more current, summarily making them hot/overheating/failing.

To adjust your idle, you may want to set a 1.0ms ...

Gas milage? Hrmm.. Yeah I dunno. I need to make a 1 tank trip on the highway.

I've been painting the car/new wheel hubs/etc. Will get around to that soon.

FWIW, my PWM is 55%, .8ms opening. Back to stock 3 bar FPR.

I;m not exactly sure what an M10 engine is, but I'm running 4 1000cc (95-96lb) injectors on a 1.9L 4 cylinder.

I found best results wil batch fire 2 squirts. At first I had opening time set to 1.0ms, but is was always too rich, even at 0%VE, I changed the open time to .9 an it seem ok, and them .8 ...

I agree, they're grossly oversized. Did I mention that I horse traded for them? I traded an old Cisco router/setup for the set of 4. My net cost = 0.

700CC was what I was shooting for. This just kinda fell into place.

Hopefully I can make a few runs today. I'm sure you're right about low end ...

Holy jesus!! 95#/hr!??!!!

You would have to be running some serious boost to need those!!

FWIW, i actually looked at using Delphi injectors in my 2.0L turbo 4cylinder engine, but I had them flow tested by my friend's performance workshop and found that they are rather unsuitbale for a small ...

Delphi/MSD 95lb/hr injectors.

Inserted into my M10 engine. Have MS injector opening time set to .8ms, makes PW @ idle about 1.3ms. Believe it or not, it idles "OK". (2 squirt, Alternating)

Other than static flow data, I've had difficulty finding any reference data for opening time. I guess I can keep decreasing my opening time ...

I very appreciate your post. The more I thought about it, the more it seemed like I wouldn't get away from boost spikes or I would set myself up for the valve not opening and the turbo generating 30PSI....... That would be spectacular to watch, but I decided against it.
Your post just confirms it ...

Awesome. Are those opto-isolators on the ignition output?

I guess the only real difference between this and EDIS-6/8 are the outputs.

Driving other solenoids from IAC1 or 2.

I've been changing springs/pulling wastegate while I've been tuning, but then I realized that I had a spare N75 valve from an Audi. I'm thinking about installing a 3-4lb spring and letting the MS control boost.

If I configure generic port PT6-IAC1 for:
Variable: map > 130.0 Threshold, 8.0 ...

What type of tach/car?

By "MS Use" Do you mean MS provide Tach signal to tachometer, or the other way around?

What type MS/rev/code/etc.

What type of ignition are you attempting to use?
